The person behind Get Quantum
I’m a learning and development professional, and I created this website to help people recognise their potential and take steps towards the life they want.
Whether you’re looking for work, learning something new or rebuilding your confidence, I want you to have somewhere to begin.
Read about my experienceMy background
My experience brings together adult education, learner support, employability, apprenticeships and digital learning. I’ve supported adult learners, delivered training and worked with learners developing their English through ESOL, English for Speakers of Other Languages.
That work has shaped my interest in what helps people learn, what gets in their way and how practical support can make the next step more manageable.
I want the resources here to be clear and useful, with practical activities and tools you can use at your own pace.
Why I created Get Quantum
I created Get Quantum because I want to empower people to follow their dreams. For me, that means making useful information and opportunities to learn freely available.
It might be a guide that makes a job application easier to understand, a worksheet that helps you explain your experience, or an exercise that gives you a little time to reflect.
I want this to be a place you can return to when you have a question or feel ready to try something new.
What you can expect here
Get Quantum resources are free to use, with no account needed. Where I link to external training, the listings explain costs and eligibility to check.
Plain explanations, practical examples and activities you can try. You can choose a short guide or take more time with a worksheet.
Links to original sources where they help you check the details. Learning can support your preparation, but no resource here guarantees a job.
You decide where to begin and how quickly to work through something. If a page is confusing or difficult to use, I welcome your feedback.
I’d love to hear what you find useful and what you would like to learn next.
